Terms
Last updated 20 August 2026
These are the terms for using OVLP, an app made by osora ltd, a company registered in England. Using OVLP means you accept them.
They are short on purpose. A document nobody finishes is not consent.
Who can use it
You need to be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Your phone number is your account. Keep control of it — anybody who can receive your messages can sign in as you.
What you put in
Your content stays yours. Your plans, the places you save, the notes you write and the messages you send belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store what you write, and to show it to the people you chose to show it to.
We do not sell it, license it, train models on it, or use it to advertise to you.
What you share is your responsibility. If you put a plan in an orbit, the people in that orbit can see it. If you send somebody a link, whoever opens that link can see what is in it. OVLP does what you tell it; it cannot know whether you meant to.
What you agree not to do
- Use OVLP to harass, threaten, impersonate or track anybody.
- Add somebody to an orbit to monitor them rather than to meet them.
- Break the law with it, or use it to help anybody else do so.
- Attack the service — scrape it, overload it, or try to reach other people's data.
We may remove content or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to, we will say why.
Blocking and leaving
You can block anybody, leave any orbit, and delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, your plans, your places, your ideas and your messages.
Some things do not vanish because they were never only yours: a message you sent still exists in the other person's thread, in the same way a text does.
What we promise, and what we do not
OVLP is provided as it is. We are building it, so it will change, and parts of it will break.
Specifically: we do not guarantee that it is available, that a notification arrives, that an overlap is spotted, or that anything you save is preserved forever. Do not make it the only record of something that matters to you.
We are not liable for anything that happens because you met somebody, went somewhere, or missed something. OVLP tells you when dates coincide. What you do about that is entirely yours.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Money
OVLP is free while we build it. If that ever changes you will be told inside the app before anything is charged, and you will be able to decline.
Changes, and endings
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, you will be told in the app before it takes effect rather than after.
You can stop using OVLP whenever you like. We can end an account that breaks these terms.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
